Petru Russu founded WOA as a private artist’s owned art publishing, which is designed for artists who already have strong curriculum, who share the same circle of exposure, interests, and art ideal. Most publishing and exposure probably is open. WOAs is only by invitation or selection.

We have imposed certain criteria in order to keep our global art publishing exclusive; to join, you need to be invited by an artist member or you need to submit for selection. The artists will be informed of their selection by the Publisher.

As an artist, art editor and publisher of like-minded artists with an appreciation for quality and progress in art, WOA offers an exclusive opportunity to reach and interact with professionals in global art, art collectors, galleries, museums, art critics, curators and art trend makers. As experienced artists, curators and critics and writers core-staff, we offer a variety of art marketing opportunities, from collectible collective art global books to unique limited edition bibliophile individual art books and art global art magazines.
